At Alchemy Wellness Studio we offer wellness assessments using technology that monitors your galvanic skin response (GSR).  We call this a "Hand Scan" which will identify stressors within the 4 key areas of your body including your Detoxification System, your Gastrointestinal System, your Hormone/Endocrine System and your Immune System.  We can identify stressors in each one of those systems that may guide you as to where you may focus and start your wellness journey.  Product, lifestyle and food recommendations are provided as part of our 27 page report.  We request that you complete a medical history that we can review prior to your appointment.   

We work directly with EquiLife which was created by Dr. Cabral who is from Medford, MA.  He has built his life's work around Ayurveda, a healing system rooted in the concept that health and wellness require balance between mind, body and spirit.  He discovered this through his own healing journey.  In creating EquiLife he created a platform designed to bring his integrative wellness approach to people around the world. This approach provides comprehensive solutions so that people can understand their bodies better, assess how well different systems are functioning, rebalance any areas that might not be performing at peak, and maintain that balance once they have achieved it.  We will work with you to help navigate the process of beginning a road to a healthier physical you through at-home lab testing, detailed analysis of your lab results, and protocols to support your wellness journey.  

Chakra's are energy centers within your physical body that are associated with various body systems, organs, and emotions.  We utilize technology with clients who are looking to understand their chakra positions and balance.  We take a snapshot of your chakra alignment at the beginning of the session which is followed by a 44 vibroacoustic session with music and frequencies designed for specific chakra's.   We will take another snap shot of your chakra alignment after your sound therapy session in order for you to "see" how the session impacted your alignment.  A 10 minute custom mp3 meditation track is  created during your chakra scan.  This file is  emailed to you for your personal use.

This is a program that runs over 7 weeks/sessions and focuses on one chakra per week.  If you are interested in understanding what chakras are, how they impact your life in both a physical and emotional perspective then this is the right program for you.  I'll work with you one on one each week focusing one of the seven chakra's, we'll scan your chakra's using our Bio-Well technology so that you have before and after pictures.  This program includes two 30 minute sessions per week on our vibroacoustic technology.  This technology will play a specific music/frequency track each week based on the chakra we are focusing on.  The cost is $75 per week for 7 weeks and/or 7 sessions.  

Schedule a Reiki session today.  This is a multi-service offering into one session in order to give you the most thorough experience that includes traditional Usui Reiki, aromatherapy, sound therapy and biofield balancing.  The session is 90 minutes which allows us to use technology to capture your chakra alignment both before and after the session.

Come in and experience our Sound Lounge.  Our sound lounge is vibroacoustic sound technology (VAT).  This technology brings the mind and body together for a full sound therapy experience. This helps bring the user into a deeper mediation and helps to relieve stress and anxiety quickly. Using a set of headphones, sound and music, along with vibration, permeate your body bringing you to a deeper state of total relaxation faster and longer.
