GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Alchemy Wellness offers group meditation sessions.  Meditation practice can profoundly affect your well-being and efforts to combat stress and learn mindfulness.  We offer 30-minute guided meditations which end with a sound bath that infuses the room with sound and vibration using crystal singing bowls, Zaphir chimes, and other instruments.  All you need to do is show up and let go, give yourself 60 minutes of self-care, and focus on your personal growth in a safe and guided setting.

COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS

We offer several community workshop events with various facilitators known as experts in their field and craft.  In 2025 are offering workshops with Michelle Kundzicz and Rita Johnson.  Below is a listing of 2025 events.  Use the registration button below to sign up and register.  Sessions are limited to 12 for a more intimate experience.
